The invention relates to the production of concrete sections by gunning,
The purpose of the invention is to increase efficiency in the manufacture of wall panels.
The essence of the method is that the vertically positioned heat insulating panel is suspended on the rails by means of the support levers, the armature is mounted on the panel and the concrete mixture is gunned when the gunning concrete is moved perpendicular to the panel moving direction.

According to the technological process, the concrete section is produced by gunning of a vertically positioned wall structure 1 consisting of a panel 2 of insulating material, fitted with a reinforcement 3 along its surface. The wall structure moves forward and backward, as indicated by arrow 4, while the concrete mixture is sprayed onto the wall structure 1 by means of a gun 5, moving in a vertical direction, as shown by arrow 6. The gun 5 moves on separate rails at a right angle to the direction wall wall movements. After gunning, the fresh concrete surface of the section is machined with a cutter 7, a rotating grinding wheel 8 or a brush 9. Under the section there is a belt conveyor 10 arranged so that it collects and carries away the excess fresh concrete falling down during the gunning and surface treatment. The cutter consists of a tensioned tape 11 or wire 12 that vibrates or moves along a continuous guide, as in a band saw when cutting a concrete surface, the cutter blade cutter (FIG. 3) can be installed by means of additional supports 13, for example column shapes.

Claim
A method of manufacturing concrete sections, including the installation of reinforcement and shotcrete of the concrete mixture on a vertical 5 surface using a shotcrete gun when moving, characterized in that, in order to increase efficiency in the manufacture of wall panels, the installation of reinforcement is carried out on a heat-insulating panel, which suspended on the rails by means of supporting levers, and the shotcrete of the concrete mixture is carried out by moving the shotcrete gun perpendicular to the direction of movement of the panel.
